Volkswagen launched a small wonder of the world on the German market in the fall of 2012: no other car so quickly became one of the most popular models in the entire world. No classic car has left such an indelible mark on an entire generation as the Golf. Several times, the compact car was voted Car of the Year and won "Das Goldene Lenkrad" in the small and compact car category. But what actually makes the Golf so incredibly popular? In all its versions, the Golf is the ultimate compact car. With a length of fewer than 5 meters, it has an unspeakable advantage when parking in city centers. Even in its 7th generation, the character and charm remain intact.
