DTE Systems GmbH develops, produces and sells performance enhancements for cars, trucks and tractors. Founded in 1996, the company has its headquarters in Recklinghausen (North Rhine-Westphalia) between Dortmund and Essen. From here, the specialist sells its high-performance products in over 100 countries. With the DTE Systems PowerControl product line, engine performance can be increased by 25% to 30% and fuel consumption can also be optimized by up to 15%. A second DTE product line is the PedalBox: accelerator pedal tuning for all cars with electronic gas pedal pedals. The PedalBox shortens the response time of the throttle response and leads to a noticeable improvement in acceleration of approx. 10%. Since 2024, the PedalBox EV has complemented the portfolio as a solution specially developed for electric vehicles. Thanks to an intelligent algorithm in “Long Range” mode, it not only enables more dynamic acceleration, but also up to 20% less energy consumption in acceleration phases thanks to optimized pedal characteristics, which can lead to a noticeable increase in range depending on driving behavior.
To guarantee safety, the DTE PowerControl performance upgrade is already available for over 4,000 vehicles, including TÜV parts certificate. The company is also a member of the Verband der deutschen Automobiltuner e.V. (VDAT) and is committed to its high quality standards. For all products, DTE uses only high-quality components such as high-performance CPUs that enable real-time calculations, fiberglass-reinforced and heat-resistant housings as well as original plug connections in OEM quality.
All of the tuning performances mentioned are also measured in several test runs on reference vehicles using standardized test methods on MAHA's in-house dynamometer. This is regularly monitored and calibrated in accordance with the standard for expert opinions, so that the most precise results are guaranteed at all times.
